Plagiarism Policy
Manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Recreation, Sports and Tourism Research (JRSTR) are subject to analysis using the plagiarism detection software "Turnitin." Submissions with a high similarity rate (maximum 20%) are rejected.
Our journal upholds academic integrity, scientific ethics, and principles for preventing plagiarism. Authors and reviewers are expected to maintain a strict stance against plagiarism. This document has been prepared to outline the policies implemented by our journal to prevent plagiarism.
We expect authors to guarantee that their submitted manuscripts are original works and do not contain any plagiarized content from other sources. Authors are required to ensure that all quotations are accurately cited, references are appropriately listed, and proper attribution is provided for all sources.
Our journal employs various tools and software for plagiarism detection. Submitted manuscripts may be analyzed by plagiarism detection systems to identify similarities with other sources. In cases where plagiarism is detected, the relevant authors and institutions will be notified, and appropriate actions will be taken.
