In the research, academic resources, international organization reports and theoretical approaches were examined, and the effects of these policies were evaluated from an analytical perspective.

In addition, it was determined that UNESCO drew attention to the positive effects of sports in the social and health fields and that these policies provide long-term social benefits.
Conclusion: As a result, it was determined that effective planning of international sports and education policies is of critical importance in increasing both the professional athlete success of countries and the level of social welfare.
